About ME

I  help clients : explore their talents, embrace challenge, meet their goals, and connect with tools that promote success.

I was called to coach in the early days of my work in higher education. Twenty years later, I am still called to coach and help individuals find their super powers and leverage them to take on the world.

I started my career as a classroom teacher and along the way, I found myself drawn to higher education, career development, and success coaching. I have been fortunate to have worked with thousands of students and clients over the past decade as they navigate their own professional paths and find ways to manage common challenges like ADHD, anxiety, depression, and general academic or professional indifference. I help managers and professionals uncover their strengths and move forward to goal oriented success.

I received coach training from the Institute for Life Coach Training and the Gallup Organization. I received my Bachelor degree in Career and Technical Education from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Science in Communication from the University of Florida.

I am married to Shubin and I am lucky to be the mom of two boys, and my furry friends, Rosey and Uncle Rico.
